How to Use:
Dip the brush into gel or cream liner, making sure the brush head is covered. Glide along the lash line for the best eyeliner application. Apply in a thin line for a natural look, or a thicker line to create more drama. At the outer eye, flare the edge upwards to produce a winged look, if desired. This brush can also be used to apply waterline eye liner looks.
